REGINA MEREDITH
Regina Meredith is a veteran journalist, award-winning documentary producer, and pioneering voice in conscious media. Her career began as the United States’ first independent traveling ski reporter for KCRA-TV in Sacramento, and she went on to become one of the first women sports broadcasters for NBC in New York.
After anchoring news and producing documentaries such as the Emmy-nominated Sierra in Peril for PBS, Meredith transitioned into new media. She created the cooking and lifestyle series Regina’s Vegetarian Table, which ran for six seasons across the U.S., Canada, and Australia. In 2004, she co-founded the online platform Conscious Media Network with her husband, Scott—one of the earliest networks dedicated to in-depth video interviews on metaphysics, healing arts, and alternative knowledge. The network later merged with GaiamTV (now Gaia), where Meredith continues to serve as host and producer of the show Open Minds, reaching a global audience.
Today, Meredith continues her work through her personal media hub, where she offers videos, retreats, workshops, and teachings that blend journalistic depth with spiritual insight. Her mission is to help others navigate transformation, expand awareness, and reconnect with the deeper dimensions of human consciousness.
