Tour Conditions: (the small print) PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. Your signature is required at the end.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS: No cancellations. Total balances are to be paid by May 14th, 2019.
THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS WHATSOEVER, FOR ANY REASON, after ticket is purchased but you can transfer ticket to another person. We highly recommend travel insurance to protect against emergencies.
YOUR DEPOSIT AND FUNDS. Once tour has commenced there will be no refunds for any of unused or partially used tour features. In all cases, cancellations fee do apply and are non-refundable for any reason, including sickness, or other emergencies. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any emergency cancellations.
TOUR COST DOES NOT INCLUDE: gratuities for your guides and drivers.
GRATUITIES: We recommend setting aside $10 a day for your guides, drivers, etc. no obligation.
RESPONSIBILITY: World ViewZ Media LLC and its agents, Robert Dakota, Graham Hancock, Gary A. David, vehicle drivers, and guides, act only in the capacity as an agent for the passengers in all matters connected with this day excursion, sight-seeing tours and transportation, whether by motor coach, motor vehicle, and any other means of conveyance including footpath/trail, and shall not be responsible or liable for any injury, loss, accident, delay or irregularity or incident resulting from strikes, weather, government regulation, acts of war, Acts of God; nor shall they be responsible for any damage or loss of luggage for any reason during the course of the trip, or act or omission of any individual or organization providing the transportation, services or accommodations in connection with these arrangements, nor for any delay or expense incurred due to disruption or revision of schedules, nor for any cause beyond its own control.
The right is reserved to World ViewZ Media LLC, to withdraw a tour, or decline to accept or retain any person as a member of the tour at any time, or to make changes in the published itinerary whenever in their sole judgment, conditions warrant or if they deem necessary for the comfort, convenience, or safety of the passengers. World ViewZ Media LLC shall have the right at any time at its discretion to cancel any tour or the remainder thereof or make any alteration in route, accommodation, price, or other details, and in the event of any tour being rendered impossible, illegal, or inadvisable by weather, avalanches, strike, war, governmental interference or any other cause whatsoever. Any extra expenses incurred as a result thereof shall be your sole responsibility. All prices are based on tariffs and exchange rates in effect on May 14th, 2019, and are subject to change in the event of an adjustment therein.
Acceptance of any travel plan shall be deemed to constitute acceptance of this limitation of responsibility.
The person making any booking will, by the making of such booking, warrant that he or she has authority to enter into a contract on behalf of the other person/s included in such a booking and in the event of the failure of any or all of the other person/s so included to make payment, the person making the booking shall by his/her signature thereof assume personal liability for the total price of all bookings made by him/her.
INSURANCE: You may want to take out comprehensive insurance coverage before travel for cancellation, medical expenses, personal baggage and money. This should be arranged at the time of payment of the deposit or payment in full to cover you for cancellation after that time.
TRAVEL INSURANCE to include medical coverage is required.
